Helping Vietnamese Producers Extend Shelf Life Of Their Fresh Produce Naturally
EcO2 Vietnam joined TECHMART 2019 exhibition by Center for Statistics and Science and Technology Information of Ho Chi Minh City – CESTI on 09 and 10 May 2019 to introduce natural preservation techniques using controlled atmosphere modules for Vietnamese producers.
The event attracted 50 exhibitors with more than 100 products/services in the agricultural section. The EcO2 booth was visited by many attendees inquiring about the innovative product for controlled atmosphere preservation. As this technology had not been popular in Vietnam, it was great to hear the interest from visitors on the opportunities to cooperate for non-toxic preservation for tropical fruits and vegetables in Vietnam.
